Fishing in Mozambique

Mozambique is quickly earning itself a reputation as one of the most extraordinary fishing destinations on the globe. Offshore fishing around areas such as the Bazaruto Archipelago, Inhaca, Nacala, Pemba and the Quirimbas Islands is nothing short of spectacular, with fishing for black marlin a particular draw – not to mention hot action from barracuda, tuna, mackerel and queenfish. On top of that, rock and surf fishing will typically throw up species such as giant trevally, pompano, barracuda, skates, rays and sharks.
