The name says it all. Wilderness Place Lodge is a deluxe Alaska fishing lodge offering day trips and multi-day packages in south-central Alaska. Accommodates up to 16 anglers at a time in six comfortable and well-appointed riverside cabins.

The fishing

Catering for fly-fishermen and spin fishermen alike, those staying at Wilderness Place Lodge get unrivalled access to Lake Creek – home to excellent numbers of trout and salmon.
Upon arrival at the lodge, guests are assigned a fishing guide who will accompany them during the course of their stay. That means a focus of one guide & boat per 2-3 guests.

As well as the excellent dining room and noted food, there’s a wooden lodge bar featuring local Alaskan microbrews and fine wines, complimentary fly-tying table and lounge area.
