The fishing

Treasures of Andros is in the heart of big bonefish country, with miles and miles of wadeable flats stretching out both north and south of the property. To the south you’ll find noted hotspots including Bowen Sound and the White Bight (to name just two). If you’re planning on doing DIY bonefishing, you’d be advised to rent a car so you can explore the area fully.

The lodge also offers kayaks to rent – another excellent way of getting out there and finding the fish or just exploring the island’s pristine coastline.

As ever, if it’s your first time on Andros, we recommend spending at least one day with a guide – for more info, check out our list of Andros bonefish guides.

The three air-conditioned cottages are set right on the beach, seven miles north of Andros Town Airport. All have railed decks and come with Wi-Fi access and flat-screen TVs.

Facilities include a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. Linens and towels are also provided.
