Well, prepare to be educated! This film from fly line wizards Rio lifts the lid on some of the intricacies of the production process, with a step-by-step look at exactly how a fly line is made. Plastisol, microspheres, tungsten, formulated silicones, pulleys and proprietary priming processes… it’s probably fair to say we won’t be trying this at home. Interesting though:
