The fishing

Fishing is done from N’Jovo, a Gulf Craft 31’ Dolphin Super Deluxe, powered by two 115hp Yamaha outboard motors. Targeted species include marlin (September to April), sailfish (May to October), wahoo (year-round) and dorado (September to April).

The facilities

The 13 palm-thatched beach chalets on Medjumbe are just steps away from the Indian Ocean. Nestling on the white sands, they offer privacy and seclusion, yet are situated conveniently close to the guest areas. Each chalet is styled in crisp blues and whites, offering air-conditioning and en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Each chalet has a private plunge pool with Indian Ocean views and a hammock.

Rates

Beach chalets from $590 per person per night (rate includes accommodation, all meals, house wines and local brand drinks, laundry, non-motorised watersports and marine reserve fees).
Fishing is extra.
