The fishing
Snook, redfish and trout will provide the bulk of the action, although you can expect to encounter plenty of other stuff along the way.
All fishing is done from Jay’s 22′ ShearWater (which can accommodate up to three people), and takes place in a variety of locations around the Everglades National Park. With 20 years’ experience of guiding these waters, you can rely on Jay to get you on the fish.
