The fishing
Anna Maria Island sits at the heart of the Gulf Coast’s excellent fishing waters, with local charters offering a mix of offshore and inshore fishing. Deep-sea fishing takes place in the Gulf of Mexico for the likes of grouper, snapper, shark, barracuda, kingfish, mackerel and tarpon, while backcountry charters will be able to put you onto some red-hot redfish, snook, tarpon and trout action. The choice is yours.
The facilities
The resort features a number of different accommodation options (with 36 rooms in all), including standard rooms, studios, apartments and penthouses, with beachfront or bay views.
Also on-site is a boat dock, private beach, complimentary beach chaises, umbrellas & towels, three heated pools, fishing from the boat dock & beach, free wireless internet, free local & long-distance calls to anywhere in the USA, daily housekeeping for those renting by the day, optional housekeeping for those renting by the week, community laundry facility on site (many units have their own).
